Heuristic Analysis
Usability Testing
The design team conducted three think-aloud evaluations with participants through video conferencing applications, utilizing screen sharing capabilities. In these evaluations, a pre written script was employed to guide users through the process.
There were a total of four sessions, with each session spanning approximately thirty minutes.
Participants were instructed to perform six tasks and articulate their thought processes out loud during the process. These sessions were recorded for future reference and analysis.
